Contemporary House Plans
This style of house plan primarily consists of a mixture of all of the other styles of house plans. It is also referred to as the modern style. They typically have dramatic rooflines and large expanses of windows. However, since they ultimately lack characteristics that pinpoint defined historical house styles, in one part of the country it might be thought of as contemporary, yet in another region they might consider it non-traditional.
